As Druids expands internationally, we are looking for a highly creative and organised Brand & Content Producer to help turn brand ideas, product launches and marketing plans into high-quality content.

The Role

The Brand & Content Producer will plan, coordinate and deliver branded content across social media, advertising, ecommerce, CRM and wider marketing campaigns.

You will help connect the strategic direction of the brand with the practical production of content. This includes developing ideas, writing briefs, planning shoots, coordinating people and products, supporting production and ensuring final content is delivered correctly and on time.

This is not purely a planning or administrative position. You must be creative, commercially aware and comfortable contributing ideas while remaining closely involved throughout production.

The ideal candidate understands how to make content that builds the brand while also helping sell products.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning and Development

• Turn brand, product and campaign objectives into practical content plans.
• Develop creative ideas for golf, padel, fishing, snow and lifestyle content.
• Produce concepts for product launches, campaigns, social media series and recurring content formats.
• Build weekly, monthly and seasonal content plans.
• Identify opportunities based on sporting events, seasonal moments, trends and customer interests.
• Ensure content supports the Druids positioning of fun, affordable and great quality.
• Balance entertainment, community, product education and commercial messaging.
• Adapt ideas appropriately for different audiences, countries and platforms.

Production Management

• Manage content projects from initial idea through to final delivery.
• Prepare creative treatments, production briefs, shot lists and schedules.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, presenters, models, athletes, influencers and freelancers.
• Organise products, samples, clothing, props, locations and production equipment.
• Arrange shoot logistics, permissions, travel and call sheets where required.
• Keep shoots organised, productive and within the agreed schedule.
• Monitor production costs and help ensure budgets are used effectively.
• Anticipate problems and resolve them before they delay production.
• Ensure content is delivered in the required formats and dimensions.

Shoot Support and Direction

• Attend and support content shoots in Dubai and other locations when required.
• Help direct talent, presenters and contributors during production.
• Ensure the correct products, features and messages are captured.
• Check styling, product presentation and brand consistency.
• Work with camera operators to capture sufficient variations for different channels.
• Ensure each shoot produces a strong volume of usable content.
• Identify additional content opportunities while on location.
• Confirm that all essential shots have been completed before production finishes.

Social and Platform Content

• Produce ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Understand that each platform requires different formats, pacing and storytelling.
• Help create short-form videos, product demonstrations, challenges, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and community features.
• Develop recurring formats that can become recognisable Druids content series.
• Ensure vertical, square and horizontal versions are captured when required.
• Work with the Social Media & Community Manager and Social Coordinators to support the publishing calendar.
• Monitor content trends without copying material that does not fit the Druids brand.
• Help create content designed to generate comments, shares, saves and customer participation.

Brand and Campaign Content

• Support the production of major seasonal and brand campaigns.
• Work with the Head of Brand and creative team to translate campaign concepts into content.
• Ensure photography and video follow the agreed visual direction.
• Coordinate the creation of campaign assets for websites, newsletters, organic social media and paid advertising.
• Help produce founder, company, athlete, ambassador and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Maintain consistency across all campaign content.
• Ensure content strengthens long-term brand perception as well as supporting immediate sales.

Product and Ecommerce Content

• Work with the Product and Ecommerce teams to understand upcoming product launches.
• Ensure important product features, benefits, materials and use cases are communicated clearly.
• Produce content demonstrating products in realistic sporting and lifestyle environments.
• Coordinate product photography, video demonstrations and supporting brand imagery.
• Confirm product names, colours, claims and technical details before publication.
• Help identify gaps in product imagery or video coverage.
• Create reusable content that can support product pages, CRM, organic social and advertising.

Paid Advertising Content

• Work with the Performance Creative Strategist and Performance Marketing team to produce content for paid advertising.
• Develop multiple creative hooks, angles, openings and calls to action.
• Coordinate variations for different products, audiences and platforms.
• Help produce both polished brand content and authentic creator-style content.
• Respond quickly to requests for new concepts when advertising performance declines.
• Use performance feedback to improve future content production.
• Ensure advertising content remains consistent with brand standards.

Editing and Post-Production Coordination

• Prepare clear editing briefs for internal and remote Content Editors.
• Organise footage and ensure files are transferred, labelled and stored correctly.
• Select or help identify the strongest footage from each production.
• Give clear feedback on edits, pacing, captions, music and graphic treatments.
• Coordinate review rounds and final approval.
• Ensure editors receive the correct product information and campaign messaging.
• Request platform-specific versions and cutdowns where required.
• Maintain version control so that incorrect or outdated content is not published.

Influencer and Partnership Content

• Work with the Influencer & Partnerships Manager on creator and ambassador content.
• Help brief influencers and partners on required deliverables.
• Support collaborative shoots involving golfers, athletes, creators and commercial partners.
• Ensure partnership content feels authentic while meeting brand standards.
• Confirm that all agreed content has been captured and delivered.
• Help repurpose partnership content across Druids-owned channels where usage rights permit.

Content Organisation and Reporting

• Maintain an organised content library containing approved photography, video and campaign assets.
• Use clear folder structures, filenames, tags and version-control processes.
• Record content usage rights and expiry dates where applicable.
• Maintain production calendars, project trackers and delivery schedules.
• Provide regular updates on content being planned, produced, edited and approved.
• Review content performance with the Social, Ecommerce and Performance Marketing teams.
• Use results to identify which formats, products and creative approaches should be repeated or improved.

AI and Production Efficiency

• Use appropriate AI tools to support research, idea generation, scripting, storyboarding and production planning.
• Help identify repetitive production tasks that can be automated.
• Use AI-assisted tools to produce initial concepts, variations, captions or production documents more efficiently.
• Ensure all AI-assisted output is checked for quality, accuracy and brand suitability.
• Protect confidential company, product and customer information when using external tools.
• Maintain human creative judgment and final approval over published content.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least three years of experience in content production, creative production, branded content or a related role.
• A strong portfolio or examples of content you have personally helped produce.
• Experience managing content from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Experience preparing production briefs, shot lists, schedules and editing briefs.
• Good understanding of photography, video production and post-production workflows.
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content supports ecommerce sales.
