We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands-on, organized, fast-moving, and confident in coordinating campaigns from brief to execution and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns based on approved plans and timelines.
- Manage campaigns from the initial brief through execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Maintain the campaign calendar and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, printers, and suppliers.
- Follow up on the production, approval, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinate and execute trade marketing activities.
- Identify execution issues and ensure delays are resolved quickly.
- Prepare clear reports on campaign progress and results.
- Support the preparation and distribution of email newsletters.
- Use AI tools for research, campaign ideas, drafting, analysis, and improving work efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on projects and pending actions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a closely comparable campaign-execution role.
- Proven hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, not just supporting social media or content activities.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate campaign reports.
- Practical experience using AI tools in marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Basic familiarity with email newsletters.
- Experience coordinating agencies, designers, printers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is an advantage.
- Exposure to trade marketing is an advantage.
