We are seeking an Account Manager who possesses the technical discipline to manage software implementations and the creative nuance to translate a brand’s digital vision into high-impact execution.

This is a comprehensive generalist role for an experienced operator who can independently manage client onboarding, account operations, and delivery lifecycles. We need a self-sufficient professional who can bring structure to fast-moving workflows, solve problems systematically, maintain strong client relationships, and manage daily account operations without requiring ongoing managerial oversight.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Autonomous Account Implementation & Technical Execution

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the initial setup sequence for new accounts, ensuring all client requirements, assets, and software linkages are completed seamlessly.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting: Independently manage technical account configurations, including navigating platform workflows, manual URL logic verification, and configuring Facebook Work Accounts to embed custom booking links.
• Rapid System Mastery: Deep-dive into the platform ecosystem independently. You are expected to master our software workflows within the first two weeks using existing process documentation.
• Account Management: Take ownership of day-to-day account operations, ensuring client requirements, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies remain on track.

2. Creative Quality & Content Delivery

• Creative Translation: Interpret client briefs precisely and translate them into actionable, clear specifications for internal design and content teams.
• Quality Control: Review social media calendars and automated drafts with strong attention to detail, verifying that deliverables are brand-accurate and flawless before client delivery.
• Brand Research: Proactively analyze client industries to discover underutilized content angles and strategic opportunities that drive organic engagement.
• Client Coordination: Maintain clear communication with clients regarding content, assets, feedback, approvals, and delivery timelines.

3. Account Scoping & Process Optimization

• Scoping & Pricing: Evaluate client requirements to build accurate initial project scopes and pricing pitches for management validation.
• Process Iteration: Treat internal workflows and checklists as living documents. Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously refine documentation to maximize efficiency.
• Organic Expansion: Monitor account health metrics to identify natural upsell and expansion opportunities within your active client portfolio.
• Account Health: Proactively identify risks, operational gaps, and client concerns before they become larger account issues.

• You manage day-to-day client operations completely on your own; leadership is only looped into high-level strategic escalations.
• Our client onboarding and account management lifecycles run flawlessly according to schedules and defined checklists.
• You independently manage asset collections, client inquiries, content approvals, account requirements, and scoping frameworks with total accuracy.
• Clients receive proactive communication and timely resolution of their requests without unnecessary internal escalation.
• You identify operational improvements and account expansion opportunities without being prompted.
