About the role
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Hands-On Landscape/Hardscape Technician in Anchorage, Alaska, for landscape, hardscape, subgrade-prep and grading projects.
We are looking for someone who is willing to lead by example, actively participating in the landscape installation, supervise and mentor team members, collaborate with clients and coordinate project timelines and resources effectively, while ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of landscape construction.
**Requirements:**
- Drug free
- Hands-on experience in landscape construction, including rock beds, retaining walls, gardens, walkways, and hardscaping.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret landscape plans and effectively communicate with clients.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and equipment such as skid-steers and mini-excavators.
- Knowledge of local plant species, soil conditions, and climate considerations in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
