Job Description

Perks Logic is looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, recruitment understanding, and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring process
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
• Coordinate with different departments for HR matters
• Support daily HR operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• MS Office knowledge required
• Ability to work in a professional office environment
