Senior Business Development Executive

At NIQ, we're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth through a combination of new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.

This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on hunting for new opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You'll work with some of the world's leading manufacturers and retailers, helping them unlock growth through NIQ's industry-leading data, analytics, and insights solutions.

What You'll Do

New Business Development (50%)

• Identify, target, and win new clients across assigned markets and industries.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and direct outreach.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and generate new revenue streams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.

Account Growth & Client Development (50%)

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding NIQ's solutions within client organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and become their strategic partner.
• Understand clients' business objectives and align NIQ solutions to their needs.
• Drive client retention and long-term revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account growth, or commercial roles.
• Proven success in hunting and winning new business.
• Experience within market research, consumer insights, retail measurement, analytics, SaaS, data solutions, or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior-level client relationships and navigate complex organizations.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
