About the Opportunity
Daxin Global is recruiting on behalf of a client in Dubai for an experienced Executive Assistant to take on Office Manager responsibilities, with a strong HR background to support recruitment, people operations and other HR responsibilities. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role suited to someone who thrives on structure and can manage both executive support and day-to-day office/HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, travel, meeting coordination)
- Oversee daily office operations and administration
- Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication
- Assist with HR functions: onboarding, employee records, attendance, policy compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and office supplies/logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an EA, office management, or HR support role
- UAE experience preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
