About the Role
We are looking for a Website Development Specialist to build and maintain websites for Xynotech and its group companies. This role focuses on fast, high-quality development using AI tools, ensuring websites are delivered on time, run smoothly after launch, and contribute to lead generation—not just design or rankings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and update WordPress themes, plugins, and website pages.
- Create landing pages for marketing campaigns and deliver them on time.
- Write clean, functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and test across devices and browsers.
- Use AI coding tools to speed up development while maintaining code quality.
- Ensure websites are fast, secure, and properly backed up, and fix issues quickly.
- Handle basic technical SEO such as site speed and page structure.
- Work with other frameworks and technologies when required.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to deliver websites on time with minimal bugs.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants in daily work.
- Ability to own projects independently.
- A strong, verified portfolio of previous work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Basic knowledge of Git or version control tools.
- Understanding of CMS management systems.
- Ability to develop custom WordPress plugins.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
