CSG.BIO Group is looking for a skilled, self-driven Digital Content Writer to lead written content across our portfolio of 10 brands. Writing is the heart of this role — blogs, website copy, and marketing content that is clear, engaging, and on-brand. This is a remote position for a candidate based in Dubai who can move fluently between multiple brand voices and back their writing with a solid grasp of SEO, listings, video, and AI-assisted workflows.
You'll be the primary voice behind our brands' content — writing and editing the words that inform, engage, and convert. Alongside the writing, you'll handle the SEO and supporting work that gets that content found and keeps our brands visible online. Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & Copywriting
- Plan, write, and edit blog articles for 10 distinct brands, adapting tone, style, and subject-matter for each audience.
- Write and refresh website copy — landing pages, product/service pages, About and FAQ sections — that is clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
- Produce marketing content across channels: email campaigns, social media posts, ad copy, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar across all brands and hit publishing deadlines reliably.
- Proofread and quality-check all content for grammar, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
SEO & Online Visibility
- Apply on-page SEO best practices: keyword research, meta titles and descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Plan and execute backlinking / off-page SEO strategies to build domain authority — guest posts, outreach, directory submissions, and partnerships.
- Monitor and manage the brands' online appearance and listings (e.g. Google Business Profile, directories, review platforms) to keep information accurate and consistent.
- Track content and keyword performance with analytics tools and adjust strategy based on results.
Video & Multimedia Content
- Create video content scripts for social and marketing use — scripting, storyboarding.
- Ensure video content supports each brand's messaging and campaign goals.
AI & Tools
- Use AI tools for drafting, ideation, research, and content optimization — working efficiently while keeping quality, originality, and brand voice.
- Stay current with new AI and content tools and suggest workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content writing or copywriting (agency or multi-brand experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent written English with a portfolio showing range across formats and tones. Arabic is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of SEO — on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
- Familiarity with backlinking strategies and managing online listings and reviews.
- Experience creating social media content copies.
- Comfortable using AI content tools as part of a professional workflow.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently in a remote setting.
- Based in Dubai with a reliable home working setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Social media management experience.
- Familiarity with the industry or sector our brands operate in.
