You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of professional communication. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.
• Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services and products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of empathy and patience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
