We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $35 USD per hour, dependent on experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail, based in or able to align with working hours for United, Pennsylvania, USA.
Responsibilities
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Handling email correspondence and organising digital communications efficiently.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Performing data entry, managing databases, and maintaining organised filing systems.
• Conducting online research to support various business projects.
• Liaising professionally with internal staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• A high level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
