The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients, embodying our commitment to quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22 - $26 USD.

Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective and existing clients via online chat to answer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide detailed information regarding our full range of landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance programmes.
* Assist clients with scheduling consultations, service appointments, and follow-ups.
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and generate potential sales leads.
* Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
* Accurately record and maintain client interaction details in our company database.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services and processes.

Qualifications
