Job Description
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Secretary/Admin to support senior management in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, scheduling, productivity tools) is an advantage

AED 3,000 – AED 4,000
