Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SCM Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize our supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background along with an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and hands-on experience in SCM operations within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Develop and implement efficient SCM strategies to support production and business goals
- Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and sales departments
- Monitor KPIs, lead times, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant SCM operations experience
- Automotive sector experience will be preferred
- Proficiency in SCM/ERP software (SIDAT HYDER or similar SCM software preferred)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
