Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to selection and onboarding.
• Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
• Review CVs, shortlist candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an updated database and talent pool of qualified candidates.
• Prepare interview schedules, candidate assessments, job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
• Conduct and coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR databases.
• Support visa, work permit, labour contract, and other employment-related processes in coordination with the relevant departments/PRO.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related information.
• Assist employees and management with HR policies, procedures, and general HR queries.
• Support employee relations and help address workplace concerns professionally.
• Prepare recruitment reports, HR reports, and recruitment KPIs for management.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Assist with performance management, training, and other HR initiatives as required.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Good understanding of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in Abu Dhabi.
