Job Title Upwork Bidder

Location Karachi ( Shahrah e Faisal Onsite)

Timing Different 9-hours shift Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other freelance platforms by identifying opportunities, submitting proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms

2. Write customized, high-quality proposals based on client requirements

3.Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions

4. Maintain and manage Upwork profile and company portfolio

5. Follow up with potential clients and close deals

6. Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding and delivery

7. Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

1.Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role

2.Strong communication and writing skills (English)

3.Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.)

4. Ability to handle multiple bids and meet targets

5. Knowledge of proposal writing and client handling

6. Basic understanding of freelancing platforms algorithms

Preferred Skills:

Experience in lead generation and salesFamiliarity with CRM tools

Strong negotiation and convincing skillsFeel free to tag someone who might be a good fit or share this opportunity within your network!

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
