About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the food, FMCG, retail, or food delivery industry to lead our marketing activities, develop effective marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and work closely with internal and external teams to achieve business and sales objectives.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic planning, digital marketing, performance analysis, team management, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
Develop marketing campaigns that support sales growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, market trends, and sales data to identify opportunities and improve marketing results.
Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign analysis, KPIs, ROI, ROAS, and performance dashboards.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across different channels and campaigns.
Work closely with the content, design, social media, performance marketing, sales, operations, and management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team, assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, and marketing activities related to the food and FMCG sector.
Understand consumer behavior and purchasing patterns within the food, grocery, meat, poultry, seafood, and fresh products markets.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage the company's social media presence, content strategy, digital communication, and brand positioning.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Coordinate with agencies, influencers, media partners, suppliers, and other external partners when required.
Use marketing and AI tools to improve customer segmentation, targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.
Monitor website and app traffic, customer acquisition channels, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and market share.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
Previous experience in the food, FMCG, grocery, retail, food delivery, meat, poultry, seafood, or related industry is highly preferred.
Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, and campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, social media advertising, and digital marketing platforms.
Good understanding of Google Analytics, reporting tools, dashboards, and marketing KPIs.
Proven ability to develop marketing plans, campaign strategies, budgets, and performance reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different departments and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC consumer market is an advantage.
Excellent writing, presentation, negotiation, and research skills.
