Lama Rateb for Marketing is looking for a skilled Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in performance marketing, multi-platform advertising, SEO, AI tools, content development, monetization, reporting, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting, lead generation, conversions, and return on advertising spend.
- Develop monetization strategies for social media accounts, websites, digital content, products, and services.
- Identify revenue opportunities through advertising, lead generation, digital products, affiliate marketing, subscriptions, partnerships, and online sales.
- Use AI tools for market research, audience analysis, campaign planning, content drafting, automation, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct competitor, market, audience, and keyword analysis.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, website optimization, content recommendations, and performance monitoring.
- Draft campaign concepts, content directions, captions, advertising copy, hooks, headlines, and calls to action in both Arabic and English.
- Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with performance insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Communicate directly and professionally with clients in Arabic and English.
- Collect client requirements, present campaign plans, provide regular updates, and explain campaign results.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, content creators, and account managers.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and related measurement tools.
- Stay updated on advertising policies, platform changes, AI marketing tools, SEO developments, and monetization opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in paid advertising and digital marketing.
- Previous experience in the UAE market is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Good understanding of monetization models and digital revenue strategies.
- Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to write professional marketing content and advertising copy in both Arabic and English.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and account-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Ability to handle multiple clients, platforms, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with healthcare, beauty, education, retail, e-commerce, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid UAE family, spouse, or own visa.
