Role Description The Creative Content and Social Media Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media channels and digital platforms to strengthen PSI’s brand and support real estate marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include producing copy and visuals for posts, stories, and ads, managing content calendars, and coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to promote properties, company initiatives, and events. The Specialist monitors social media performance, analyzes audience engagement, and optimizes content based on data and current trends. The role also involves responding to online inquiries and comments in a professional manner, ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with PSI’s overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Proficiency in creative copywriting, storytelling, and basic graphic/video content production using common design and editing tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, including audience targeting, community engagement, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Ability to plan and maintain content calendars, coordinate with internal teams, and align content with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experienced in managing corporate and professional social media accounts
- Full of fresh ideas and able to create engaging content, not just follow trends
- Highly skilled in AI tools, especially ChatGPT and AI-powered content creation
- Comfortable developing concepts for videos, reels, campaigns, and executive content
- Able to understand corporate branding and personal branding
- Proactive, fast-moving, organized, and always looking for the next creative opportunity
- Up to date with social media trends, platforms, and new AI technologies
