About the role
Open Home, one of the leading Real Estate companies in the UAE, is looking for a full-time talented and passionate “Graphic Designer – AI Content Creator” with a proven track record and at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and AI-powered creative production.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual content strategies that enhance lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and overall brand identity.
- Create engaging and creative social media designs for Reels, Posts & Stories across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop high-quality static designs, carousels, social media creatives, digital ads, banners, and marketing materials.
- Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and develop creative concepts, visuals, images, videos, and other digital assets.
- Create AI-generated visual concepts and transform creative ideas into high-quality, engaging content.
- Prepare creative designs for real estate projects, property launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Design visual assets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring creatives are aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for short-form videos and Reels, working closely with the content and marketing teams.
- Assist the photographer/videographer with creative direction, mood boards, visual references, shot concepts, and AI-generated creative ideas.
- Create and maintain brand-consistent visual content across all social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for AI-generated images, videos, animations, and innovative visual experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest AI design tools, generative AI trends, social media formats, visual trends, and creative technologies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm new creative ideas and develop campaigns from concept to final execution.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, innovative, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and creative techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
Skills and qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative graphic design, social media content, branding, and digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects/Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use AI as part of the creative process, not just as a basic image-generation tool.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent understanding of social media design requirements and formats for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Ability to create creative concepts from scratch and turn ideas into high-quality visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual quality.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video editing is a strong plus.
- Ability to create AI-assisted images, videos, animations, and creative visual concepts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with marketing, content, photography, and videography teams.
- Creative, proactive, highly organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Arabic & English communication skills are preferred.
