About the role
Reporting to the CMO, you will help build and run Janus Digital's global marketing engine. The CMO owns strategy and direction; you are the clear number two, leading day-to-day delivery across the marketing remit, with genuine scope to shape how we work as the function scales.
Responsibilities:
Product marketing & GTM enablement: refine the master positioning framework and vertical value propositions; guard the brand across every market and channel; build competitive messaging and differentiation against named competitors; and equip Country Commercial Directors and partners with the full toolkit (ROI calculators, pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling, case studies, leave-behinds). Run win/loss analysis and a live competitive-intelligence matrix.
Growth & demand generation: architect and deploy targeted multi-channel ABM against priority account lists; pioneer paid Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and advertising within AI chatbots and assistants; manage hands-on paid media (complex paid LinkedIn architectures, Google SEM and paid search); build the always-on organic SEO/AEO engine; and shape executive roundtables and strategic event presences (for example GITEX, UKREiiF).
Social, content & executive positioning (interim): help run our social channels, LinkedIn first; ghostwrite executive-voice posts for senior leaders; and direct an AI-assisted content engine (white papers, reports, blogs, long-form posts, carousels, video). We expect to hire a dedicated social or comms lead as we scale; this is not a long-term comms role.
Agentic AI & MarTech ecosystem: partner with the CMO and our internal AI Office to design and run an agentic AI marketing ecosystem across the full workflow. Be the hands-on technical owner of a deliberately lean, AI-native stack (CRM, sales intelligence, visitor intent, a marketing data warehouse, dashboards, a code-first headless website, and consent tooling), orchestrated through Slack and Claude. You can deploy, integrate, and evolve this independently, without an ops team. Lead performance reporting and dashboards against the agreed attribution model, tracking marketing's contribution to pipeline and value created.
SUCCESS METRICS
By Day 30: master the Janus Digital narrative, our outcome-based commercial model, and the brand message house; take operational ownership of the MarTech stack; align with the CMO and Country Commercial Directors on priorities; take over the LinkedIn channel and executive posting cadence; and launch integrated ABM outreach in Singapore.
By Day 60: stand up performance reporting against the agreed attribution model; materially advance the sales and partner enablement toolkit; and have the content calendar agreed with the CMO and in production.
By Day 90: launch integrated ABM outreach in the UK; have paid AEO/chatbot pilots, paid LinkedIn, and SEM live and generating data; feed organic SEO/AEO recommendations into the website roadmap; and record and report qualified pipeline contribution.

Requirements
Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing, selling to C-suite decision makers through long, trust-led cycles (not self-serve or product-led SaaS). You must have experience either marketing to PE, VC and institutional finance, or marketing data and intelligence services (for example, Bloomberg). You will be an early marketing hire in a scaling company with a genuine builder mentality. You will have practical experience running campaigns across Singapore and APAC, and the UK and Europe. Familiarity with real estate, the built environment, or proptech is desirable but not essential, as is exposure to partner-led (B2B2B) go-to-market motions.
Technical skillsets: expert, hands-on experience running Google Ads, SEM, and complex LinkedIn paid architectures; prior exposure to AEO (paid and organic) is highly desirable; and, ideally, a track record of independently rolling out and configuring core stacks (CRM, automation, data and reporting), with the adaptability to run a lean, AI-native stack rather than a traditional enterprise suite.
AI literacy & writing: hands-on experience embedding AI utilities across marketing workflows (beyond copywriting); sharp technical and commercial editing and narrative writing; and confident ghostwriting in an executive voice for senior-leader social channels.
