Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Data Entry / Executive Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to executives and management teams.

Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally and promptly.

Organize electronic files and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Perform document management, filing, and record-keeping while ensuring data accuracy.

Assist with special projects, research, and general administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and executive information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Previous experience in data entry, executive assistance, administrative support, or office administration is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
