*Role Overview*

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team with daily operations, client communication, and data management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Admin Support*: Manage emails, calendars, and schedule showings/appointments

- *Data Entry*: Update MLS listings, CRM, spreadsheets, and property files

- *Client Communication*: Respond to buyer/seller/renter inquiries via phone, email, and text

- *Marketing Support*: Assist with social media posts, listing descriptions, and flyers

- *Document Prep*: Contracts, lease agreements, and transaction paperwork organization

- *Research*: Market comps, lead generation, and vendor coordination

*Requirements:*

- 1+ years VA or admin experience, real estate experience a plus

- Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools

- Excellent written + verbal communication skills

- Highly organized, reliable internet, and able to work independently

- Knowledge of MLS, Zillow, or property management software is a bonus
