About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Family Office, responsible for the day-to-day facility and property management of our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for facility services, payments, access management, documentation, and coordination with real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Property Management

• Coordinate and order facility management services for all units, including cleaning, maintenance, and technical support

• Re-register and centralize all accesses under a single set of logins and one company email address

• Monitor and control payment of service charges, DEWA, Empower

• Oversee and control the collection of cash payments and cheques from tenants

• Issue and manage viewing passes and coordinate access for property viewings

• Create and manage property listings, maintaining ongoing communication with agents

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in property management, facility management, or real estate administration preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and accounts simultaneously
