Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Real Estate Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, administrative tasks, client coordination, and day-to-day activities of our Business Center. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong administrative abilities, and preferably experience in real estate, business centers, or a corporate services environment in Dubai.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries.
- Manage reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor access.
- Receive and distribute documents, courier deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor and client records.
Real Estate Administration
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
- Maintain property listings, client records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with property agents, landlords, tenants, and clients.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients.
- Prepare basic reports, quotations, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for real estate transactions.
- Follow up on leads and update the CRM regularly.
Business Center Management
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the Business Center.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding office requirements, meeting rooms, access cards, maintenance, and other services.
- Manage meeting room bookings and shared office facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and other service providers.
- Maintain records of office allocations, contracts, invoices, and client requirements.
- Assist clients with general Business Center-related requests.
- Ensure the Business Center is clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
- Coordinate with management regarding tenant issues and operational requirements.
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly administrative reports.
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documents.
- Assist the HR/Admin team with basic office administration when required.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoices, payments, and client documentation.
- Support management with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, reception, real estate, business center, or a similar role.
- Experience in the UAE/Dubai is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and independently.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in Business Center / Real Estate / Corporate Services will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
