SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – DUBAI, UAE
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Administration Officer who is resourceful, well organized, very computer-literate, and capable of independently handling the full range of administration requirements for a small company or group.
1. General Requirements
● Age: 35–40 years.
● Minimum 7 years of working experience in the UAE, with strong practical knowledge of the Dubai business environment.
● Excellent command of spoken and written English, including professional and formal business communication.
2. Administration & Office Management
● Experience in Bookkeeping.
● handling correspondence, documentation, filing, records, follow-ups, appointments, suppliers, service providers, and general office requirements.
● Resourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify requirements, solve day-to-day problems, and complete assignments with minimum supervision.
● preparing professional emails, letters, reports, forms, and other formal business communications.
● to coordinate effectively with management, employees, clients, suppliers, government-related service providers, and other external parties.
3. Computer, Digital & Research Skills
● extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and general business applications.
● Excellent ability to search, research, verify, and find information, suppliers, services, regulations, contacts, and solutions through the internet.
● Able to learn new software, systems, Ai, and online portals quickly.
4. Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience supporting senior management or owners of a small company or group is preferred.
● Experience in events, entertainment, production, technical, trading, or related business environments is an advantage.
● Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
