Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, AI Acceleration & Administrative Enablement, the person in this role will be a senior, hands-on member of the firm's global AI Enablement team, based in our New York office. This role is for an experienced legal technology or AI enablement professional who combines deep, expert-level fluency in leading AI platforms with the ability to design and deliver training, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive lasting adoption across business services teams.

You will own AI enablement, training, and adoption for the firm's New York office and, more broadly, our US regional offices — serving as the team's resident subject-matter expert on Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, Harvey and other generative AI and legal AI platforms in use across the firm's administrative and business services groups.

Primary Objectives:

• Serve as the firm's go-to platform expert across Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, Harvey and other AI tools used by business services professionals, translating platform capabilities into practical, role-specific use cases.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI training, enablement programs, and adoption campaigns for administrative and business services staff across New York and regional US offices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with regional US business services leadership, practice group administrators, and regional stakeholders to drive habitual AI adoption.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, AI Acceleration & Administrative Enablement, and the broader global AI Enablement team to ensure programs align with the firm's global AI strategy while reflecting regional and local nuances.
• Track platform updates, new AI tool releases, and vendor roadmaps, providing early assessment of relevance to business services workflows.

Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential Functions:

AI Platform Expertise

• Maintain expert-level, hands-on fluency with Claude, Harvey, Gemini, and other AI and legal AI platforms adopted by the firm, including new features, prompt engineering techniques, and known platform limitations.
• Serve as an escalation point for advanced or unusual platform questions from business services staff across US regional offices.
• Evaluate new AI tools and platform updates, representing administrative and business services user needs in vendor discussions and firm-wide platform evaluations.
• Translate platform capabilities into role-specific workflows and use cases for practice assistants, secretaries, and other administrative teams.

Training & Enablement Delivery

• Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and drop-in “office hours” for New York and US-based business services staff.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, quick-reference guides, and recorded content tailored to regional US audiences.
• Track training participation and platform usage/adoption metrics, and report on outcomes to firm leadership.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with New York and regional US business services leadership, office managers, and department heads to identify enablement priorities and address adoption barriers.
• Support change management planning for AI-related technology rollouts affecting administrative teams.
• Act as regional liaison between the global AI Enablement team and US offices, ensuring regional feedback informs the firm's global AI strategy.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with business services groups to incorporate AI, legal technology, or find other opportunities to streamline and increase workflow efficiencies wherever possible.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to administrative staff developing their own AI fluency, and to junior enablement team members as the team scales.
• Collaborate with Legal Technology Portfolio, Strategy and Ops., IT, Information Security, Compliance, and other teams on responsible, compliant use of AI tools involving firm and client data.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

• 7+ years of experience in promoting change through the adoption of technology, change management, and business process improvement in professional organizations.
• Demonstrated, expert-level, hands-on proficiency with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Harvey, plus working knowledge of other generative AI and legal AI platforms — able to train others, troubleshoot advanced use cases, and speak credibly to platform capabilities and limitations.
• Prior experience designing and delivering technology training programs to non-technical, professional audiences.
• Strong understanding of the working practices of legal administrative and business services teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Estimated salary range is $150,000 - $200,000. This position is bonus eligible. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
