About the Role
Treÿsta Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs efficiently while assisting the management team with administrative tasks, documentation, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in clients.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, contracts, and other business documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office assistant experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
