About Us:

Innovest Assets Real Estate is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in off-plan projects, property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, driven, and professional Real Estate Agents to join us.

Position Overview:

We are hiring Real Estate Agents from various nationalities who are passionate about the property market, excellent at communication, and eager to grow in a competitive environment. English fluency is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, and marketing channels.
• Conducting property viewings, presenting available units, and providing professional consultations.
• Negotiating and closing deals with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, projects, and regulations.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to team performance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Mandatory)
• Candidates from any nationality are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in real estate (preferred ).
• Knowledge of Dubai property market and developers is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
