We are looking for driven and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team.

• Position: Real Estate Agent
• Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential clients while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits.
• Present available properties and projects, explaining key features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process to ensure successful closings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions and engagement.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
• Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead generation, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in real estate is preferred. Specialised in secondary market.
• Exceptional fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential will also be considered.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
