Junior Accountant & Tax Filer | ABS International

ABS International is hiring a Junior Accountant for our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. We have operated as a direct US Principal since 2009 sixteen years of continuous operations and an unbroken payroll record. This is a stable, permanent position with real financial ownership from day one.

The Role:
A hands-on accounting position covering FBR tax compliance, payroll processing, petty cash management, and books of accounts. You will not be shadowing someone. You will own these functions directly and report to senior management.

FBR & Tax Compliance:

This is the core of the role. You must have prior experience with all of the following:
— Filing monthly withholding tax statements on the FBR IRIS portal
— Salary withholding tax under Section 149
— Withholding tax on vendor payments under Section 153
— Filing Section 165 withholding tax statements
— Assisting with bi-annual and annual company income tax return filing
— Maintaining tax deduction schedules and supporting documentation
— Working knowledge of Finance Act amendments and applicable SROs

Additional Responsibilities:

— Monthly payroll processing including salaries, deductions, overtime, and allowances
— Petty cash management, daily register, and monthly reconciliation
— Daily transaction recording — vendor payments, bills, rent, and expenses
— Bank reconciliations and monthly cash flow reports for management
— Coordination with HR on attendance data and leave settlements

What We Are Looking For:

Part-qualified CA, ACCA, CMA or BBA / B.Com with hands-on experience.
Minimum 1 year of practical accounting experience with FBR filing exposure.
Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent accounting software.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills formulas, ledgers, and financial reporting.
Honest, reliable, and deadline-driven this role involves company cash and confidential
records.
Available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, fully on-site.

Compensation:

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month.
15 days paid annual leave.
Permanent employment zero missed payrolls in 16 years.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
