Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Self Verification

Strive BPO LLP is hiring motivated and confident Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) for our Self Verification Campaign. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who are eager to build a successful career in the BPO industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with the self-verification process.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior BPO or call center experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
