Hiring: Call Center Agent – Fronter

We are looking for energetic and confident Call Center Agents (Fronters) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate quality leads through outbound calls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce company services and generate interest.
• Transfer qualified leads to the verification department.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
