About Call Art BPO:

Call Art BPO is a fast-growing call center in Rawalpindi. We are expanding and looking for presentable, well-spoken, and target-driven, individuals to join our sales team. Both MALE & FEMALEcandidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls professionally to customers.

- Communicate effectively and provide accurate service/product information

- Maintain call records and follow company SOPs

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year BPO/Call Center experience required

- Excellent English communication skills - fluent and well-spoken

- Presentable personality with professional phone etiquette

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

- Minimum education: Intermediate / Graduation

- Ability to work in a Night Shiftand achieve targets consistently

- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
