Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Website Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web development practices, responsive design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement UI/UX requirements
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage website updates, plugins, and integrations
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website analytics
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with backend technologies
• Understanding of API integrations
• Exposure to hosting environments and deployment processes
