About the role
We're hiring a Web Developer to build fast, SEO-ready WordPress websites for global clients. You'll ship complete builds, use AI-assisted development to move faster, and deploy technical SEO from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch WordPress websites end to end
- Ship custom sites and components with AI-assisted development
- Deploy technical SEO: schema, sitemaps, canonicals, heading structure
- Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals
- Build responsive, mobile-first layouts
- Debug performance and cross-browser issues
- Manage migrations, SSL, and site security
- Implement technical fixes from the SEO team
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of web development experience
- Portfolio of live sites you built
- Expert in WordPress: Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript; working PHP
- Hands-on with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
- Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable with PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog
- Able to own projects and hit deadlines
