Warehouse Helper

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Helper to join our team in a Cosmetics Detergents factory . The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to the production, processing, and finishing of products. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
• Support the production team in the processing of production, including filling, Labeling, and packing products.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision (training provided).
• Clean and maintain machinery, tools, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Transport materials and finished products within the factory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist with the packaging of finished products for shipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., organizing stock, tidying up work areas).
• Assist in the inventory control process by helping with stock checks and material handling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is desirable.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Shift work may be required, including weekends or overtime depending on production needs.
• Work environment may involve exposure to dust, noise, and machinery.
