Waiter

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant service standards.
• Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen team.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
• Support team members during busy service periods.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi with working knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
