Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to customers
• Maintain clean and well-organized tables and dining areas
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
• Process customer bills and payments using POS systems
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
• Food safety knowledge or training is a plus
