Video Editor

Job Description:

We’re hiring an experienced, self-sufficient video editor who can take raw footage, short-form content, long-form content, ads, and educational content and turn it into high-quality, engaging videos.

Your job is to:

• Edit short-form content, long-form YouTube videos, ads, courses, and other video projects
• Add b-roll, captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance storytelling
• Match fast-paced, modern styles seen on Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Ryan Pineda, Gary Vee, Dan Martell, etc.

MUST HAVES
If you don’t meet these, this isn’t the right role.

• Fluent in Premiere Pro
• Minimum 2 years professional editing experience
• Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and engaging video structure
• Comfortable working under management and taking creative direction
• Able to handle quick turnarounds, typically 1–3 day edits
• Able to adapt quickly to new workflows as our team and brand grow
• Self-motivated and independent — we are not looking to train from scratch

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience editing financial, business, or entrepreneurship content
• Graphic design or animation skills, including Adobe After Effects or Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working with creators, influencers, marketing agencies, or paid ad teams
