Travel Consultant UK (Female Only)

Job Description

We are currently hiring motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultants to become part of our growing UK inbound travel agency. If you have experience in travel, customer support, sales, or a call center environment and enjoy helping customers plan their journeys, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary updates, and related travel services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and achieve performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Intermediate minimum qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong English communication and active listening skills
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, call center, customer service, sales, or a related role
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Customer-focused with a professional approach to client interactions
• Target-driven, reliable, and motivated to grow professionally
• Must be able to commute to our office in Gulberg, Lahore
