A well-reputed UK-based Travel Agency is expanding its team in Lahore and is looking for experienced Flight Booking & Sales Agents for our call centre.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience working in UK, US, or Canada-based travel agencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate (Inter) education.
• 6 months to 1+ year of experience in an English call center—preferably travel industry campaigns (UK/US/Canada).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to handle customers confidently.
• Must be a team player with a professional attitude.
• Hands-on experience with flight bookings, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound calls for flight inquiries from UK/US/Canada customers.
• Provide best flight options at competitive prices.
• Reserve, issue, reissue, and cancel tickets professionally.
• Manage refunds, date changes, and customer support.
• Deliver exceptional service to build long-term clients.
