We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ajman.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.
• Must be willing to work in Ajman.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
