We’re Hiring – Female Tele Sales Representative

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Female Tele Sales Representative with proven experience in telephone-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships over the phone, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
• Build strong rapport with clients and handle objections professionally
• Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to the sales manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven tele sales/tele sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Office tools
• Must be based in UAE or available to join immediately
