About Our Family

We are looking for a fun, energetic, and reliable summer nanny for our two wonderful boys (ages 16 and 11). They get along great and love staying active!

  • Our 16-Year-Old: He is a very kind, funny, and easygoing young man. He is on the autism spectrum, uses an AAC device to communicate, and requires some additional support, including toileting. He loves being outside, sports, watching his favorite shows, reading, music, and playing.
  • Our 11-Year-Old: He is a kind, funny, and independent kid who loves having great conversations about sports, history, friends, and music.
  • Our Pets: We have two adorable mini goldendoodles (and occasionally dog-sit), so our perfect nanny must be allergy-free! (Note: No pet care is required).

If you are looking for a summer role with a great routine, wonderful kids, and plenty of space for fun, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Activity Planning: Keep the boys engaged with a good balance of fun, active outdoor time, and relaxed leisure activities.
  • Meal Prep: Put together simple meals, serve them, and handle the cleanup afterward.
  • Light Housekeeping: Keep the day running smoothly by ensuring any messes made during activities are cleaned up before the end of the day.

Schedule & Flexibility

This is the perfect role for someone who wants a consistent but flexible summer schedule: 8am-4:30pm

  • Every Thursday
  • Every Friday
  • Every Other Monday
  • Hours can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate!

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with ASD/AAC is highly preferred, but a compassionate, patient, and willing-to-learn attitude is a must.
  • Someone energetic who genuinely enjoys hanging out, playing sports, and being outside with two awesome boys.
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care/toileting support for our oldest.
  • Must be comfortable around dogs (no allergies).
