Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SeniorQA/QC Officer to oversee quality standards for our upcoming mid and high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring "zero-defect" delivery, maintaining strict adherence to technical specifications and building codes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence among site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures and standards on site.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Maintain NCRs, reports, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and HSE standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of QA/QC experience with a main contractor.
• Mandatory site experience in mid and high-rise building projects.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
