Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to lead and support the HR function at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with organizational goals while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment and selection.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Support organizational development, culture building, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, furniture, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
