Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil

We are a leading construction company in Dubai looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates for our current and upcoming projects

What We Look For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.
• Software: Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, CostX, or PlanSwift).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of local UAE market rates, supplier networks, and FIDIC contracts.
• Traits: Sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.
