About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Waitress to join a premium Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi),. The ideal candidate should have prior restaurant experience, a passion for hospitality, and excellent communication skills to ensure guests enjoy a warm and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently.
- Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly with a professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting (Italian cuisine experience is an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer-focused, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
