Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and highly organised Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our dedicated care team. Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings for the care team.
* Handle email and phone correspondence with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
* Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain confidential records and manage data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
* Provide general administrative support, including organising digital files and resources.
* Assist in coordinating team projects and tracking progress on key initiatives.
* Act as a reliable point of contact for internal team members, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar remote support role.
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful work ethic.
* Experience in a healthcare, hospice, or non-profit environment is highly desirable but not essential.
